Sentence deferred on charity tin thief

A serial thief who stole a charity tin from a Lindsayfield pub while on bail will learn her fate later this month.

Anita Goss, 34, admitted theft of the charity tin and cash from The Oystercatcher on Lindsayfield Road on June 29.

She was absent from proceedings at Hamilton Sheriff Court.

Sentence was deferred on Goss, of Louis Braille Crescent, Whitehills, until October 31 for her personal appearance.

Bail was continued.
