Tributes to Megan

East Kilbride News online readers were sad to hear about the death of schoolgirl Megan Scott who was knocked down on the Kingsway.

Stephanie Whiteside posted: “Absolutely heartbreaking. RIP angel.”

James Gillespie said:“My thoughts are with all who were involved with this tragedy.”

Claire Jolly said:“Thoughts with her family and friends. Absolutely devastating.”

Problems with knives

Readers also had their say on our story which told how five youths had been caught with knives on school grounds in as many months.
