Fears for Thomas

Police are appealing for help to trace a 19-year-old who was last seen on Friday night at University Hospital Hairmyres.

Thomas Lennox, of Airdrie, was last seen around 7.20pm at the hospital.

Thomas is described as 5ft 8in tall and of stocky build with short black hair. When he was last seen he was wearing a black and grey zipped hooded top, black tracksuit bottoms with writing on the left-hand side and red trainers.

Inspector Jim McCluskey of East Kilbride police office said: “Thomas has mental health issues and he may be without his prescribed medication.

“Concern is growing for his safety as it is out of character for him not to keep in contact with his family or friends.

“He is known to frequent the East Kilbride and Airdrie areas.”
