Hamilton Park Racecourse’s 2018 season is drawing to a close – and your East Kilbride News is giving you one last chance to win tickets to soak up all the action.

Enter our competitio­n today to be in with a chance of winning a pair of tickets to the September Weekend Music Raceday on Sunday, September 23 or the Les Hoey MBE Dreammaker Foundation Family Raceday on Monday, September 24.

On the Sunday, iconic Glasgow act Hipsway and Hamilton’s own rising star Stephanie Cheape are set to take the home stage by storm.

While it’s a real family affair on Monday with giant inflatable­s, human table football, face painters, bungee trampoline­s, Wii Switch Battle and much more.

On the course, look out for the highlight £12,500 EBF Stallions Flower of Scotland Fillies’Handicap (Class 4) and £13,000 #proudtobea­dreammaker Veterans’Handicap Stakes (Class 4).

On Monday, the winners of leading owner, trainer and jockey will also be revealed.

Advance purchase tickets are available now for the September Weekend Music Raceday from just £25, with gates opening at 12noon and live music after the day’s racing action.

Gates also open at 12noon for The Les Hoey MBE Dreammaker Foundation Family Raceday – with the first race taking place at 2pm.

Discounted tickets are priced at £13 when booked online in advance. Under-16s must be accompanie­d by an adult.
