EAST KILBRIDE OLD PARISH CHURCH

WORSHIP, SUNDAY SCHOOL AND CRECHE

Sunday Morning Service is 11am-12 noon with creche. Come a little earlier and settle in! Sunday School children leave the church mid-way through the service for their own age-appropriat­e activities.

All are most welcome to join us.

GUILD

On November 27, 1.30pm in the Glebe St. Hall, Roy Johnstone will talk about ‘Emily Pankhurst and the Suffragett­es’.

BRUCE DAVIES IN CONCERT

On November 29, folk/accoustic singer/ songwriter Bruce Davies returns to entertain us in the Glebe St Hall at 7.30pm.

Always a very popular concert, tickets are £5, and are available now or at the door.

MESSY CHURCH

‘Messy Church’ meets next on Sunday, December 1 from 4pm - 6pm, Glebe St. Hall.

The theme is Christmas. Much more informal than the Morning Service, everyone is welcome for a mix of worship, games, art & crafts, fun, food and much more.

Children to be accompanie­d by a responsibl­e adult. No charge.

REGULAR ACTIVITIES

Our active weekly programme includes: Tai Chi, ClickIt (one-to-one tutoring for adults covering iPads, tablets and computers plus English and Numbers), Young Mums, Scottish Country Dancing, Line Dancing, Art and Crafts, Badminton, Thursday Coffee Morning, Choir Practice, Youth Group, and our uniformed organisati­ons: Guides, Brownies and Rainbows.

The Men’s Associatio­n, Carpet Bowling and Guild meet on a fortnightl­y basis as a rule. Go to our website, ekopc.org.uk for further details, or pick up a programme in one of our halls.
