EK’s Lowland fixture dates are revealed
Two-time Lowland champions East Kilbride will kick-off the new campaign on the road this season with a trip to Stirling University on the opening day.
For the first-time, the league eague have introduced a Christmas and New Year double-header with Kilby facing Lanarkshire rivals Cumbernauld Colts twice in the space of a few days either side of the new year.
Stevie Aitken’s men are among the favourites for the title and will end the season with a potentially decisive three games in April, hosting fellow challengers Bonnyrigg Rose, defending champions Kelty Hearts and then travelling to newly-promoted Bo’ness United in their final game of the season.
