Serve with Tomato salsa

Mix 150g sweet cherry tomatoes, chopped, ½ garlic clove, crushed with a little salt, a small handful each of coriander and mint leaves, roughly V ««i`] ¤ w i Þ V ««i` red chilli, juice of 1 lime and 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil. Season. Set aside to marinate.
