4 tbsp gra­nola hand­ful blue­ber­ries 2 tbsp clear honey or maple syrup 2- 4 scoops rasp­berry sor­bet 1 small ripe mango, peeled and sliced 2 scoops frozen nat­u­ral yo­gurt

Di­vide the gra­nola be­tween 2 sun­dae glasses (save a lit­tle gra­nola for the top). Layer the blue­ber­ries, honey or maple syrup, rasp­berry sor­bet, mango chunks and frozen yo­gurt on top, then fin­ish with a fi­nal sprin­kling of gra­nola, and an ex­tra driz­zle of honey or maple syrup. Serve and en­joy!
