Lighter breakfast Knickerbocker Glory

4 tbsp granola handful blueberries 2 tbsp clear honey or maple syrup 2- 4 scoops raspberry sorbet 1 small ripe mango, peeled and sliced 2 scoops frozen natural yogurt
Divide the granola between 2 sundae glasses (save a little granola for the top). Layer the blueberries, honey or maple syrup, raspberry sorbet, mango chunks and frozen yogurt on top, then finish with a final sprinkling of granola, and an extra drizzle of honey or maple syrup. Serve and enjoy!
