Pudding My granny used to make this great dessert and my family Ûi Ì q > Ì>ÀÌ «ÕÀji v }À> Þ >«« iÃ] topped with a layer of thick cream and burnt brown sugar on the top. She would put it under the grill and the cream would almost start boiling. It was a strange mixture but it beguiled me and got me interested in cooking. It was her and my mum who taught me how to cook.

Food memory I remember standing on a chair at the kitchen table making peppermint creams with my mother.
