Chocolate cornflake cakes
Many of you will remember making these easy treats as kids. They’re just as good now.

Q50g butter
100g dark chocolate, broken into chunks 3 tbsp golden syrup
100g cornflakes
1 Put the butter, chocolate and golden syrup in a saucepan or microwavable bowl and melt over a low heat or in the microwave. Leave to cool a little before adding the cornflakes.
2 Line a 12-hole muffin tin with paper cases. Stir the ingredients together gently using a wooden spoon and spoon into the cases. Put in the fridge to chill until set.
