Strawberry shortbread ice cream whirls

Mix 4 scoops strawberry cheesecake ice cream with a few chopped strawberries and freeze until solid. Sandwich spoonfuls of the ice cream between 8 Viennese whirls (or shortbread biscuits) then eat straightaway. Makes 4.
