Rosemary recall
Rosemary is a fantastic herb. It comes in upright and sprawling forms and is useful for improving memory, according to expert Jekka Mcvicar. To make a reviving hangover cure, Jekka says: “Pop a sprig of rosemary in boiled water for five minutes, cover to retain the essential oils and then drink – the only problem is, you will have a clearer memory of the night before.”
