I HIT THE SACK… Pretty early. I like to sleep for as long as possible, as I tend to wake up at least five times in the night, so I have to give myself a lot of extra time.
I WAKE UP AT… 7am, if I’m not working.
MY MAKE-UP ROUTINE… Takes around 3O minutes. I don’t wear make-up every day – when I do, I use lightweight products: just concealer and highlighter. If I’m feeling wild, I’ll play with colourful eyeshadows.
MY EXERCISE ROUTINE… Involves Pilates a few times a week. I’ve started seeing a personal trainer, which has been more challenging, but I guess that’s the point.
MY GREATEST BEAUTY DISCOVERY IS… Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed in Moonstone, which is a staple of mine. I love the glowy boost it gives my face.
WHEN I LOOK IN THE MIRROR, I SEE… My jawline. Most people won’t believe this because of the selfies I post, but I try not to stare too much in the mirror. I like to give myself permission to live life without being too hung up on what I look like.
MY WORST BEAUTY HABIT IS… Not washing my face at night.
I FEEL HAPPIEST WHEN… Dressing up and playing with make-up. Being in costume allows me to think outside of myself and manipulate how I look in small ways.
MY FRIDGE IS ALWAYS FILLED WITH… Raw vegan garlic spread from Whole Foods. Dude, that stuff is amazing on everything – it’s changed the game.
MY MOOD IS… Zen.
It’s been a day of introspection – and reality shows.
THE CRAZIEST THING I’VE DONE IN THE NAME OF BEAUTY… I don’t do anything too crazy but I listen to guided meditation and I journal. I’ve turned into a real LA bitch!

MY BIGGEST BEAUTY INDULGENCE IS… Sephora trips. I invest in skincare – it’s the greatest gift you can give yourself. And I love fancy lashes for special occasions.

MY BODY IS… Constantly evolving. As I get older, I give myself permission to not feel guilty for having insecurities – instead, I learn how to channel them positively.
I DEAL WITH STRESS BY… Talking to my mom, friends and loved ones.
THE LAST BEAUTY TREATMENT I HAD WAS… Eyelash extensions. They’re so fun!
TO ME, VANITY IS… A pretty cool word. It has zero negative connotations to me. Being vain is human nature and we deny it, for some bizarre reason.
