DICO AND TIGANAS

Dico and Tiganas – architecture and engineering are together with Bosch in Romania for 15 years, designing, building and maintaining…and for the last 5 years in Jucu, Cluj.

As architects, spatial planners and engineers we are engaged with our clients and partners to think the future research, design and production facilities. Among many principles and technical issues concerning the complexity of such projects, there is one above the other: Every new project is meant to be better than the previous, for progress through innovation, feedback, and collaborative design.

Buildings are designed by people for people to use them and work in the best conditions for their purposes. Inspiring Working Conditions, a programme by Bosch based on a philosophy oriented to people behaviour, and enhancing the performance and satisfaction of the users, is implemented in the new generation of buildings.

Sustainability is our main common goal referring to all perspectives and scales: people, communities, buildings, nature, activities, or business. To achieve better and better results we use integrated design and BIM, building information modelling, allowing us all (designer, investor and user) to envision not only the future environment, but also to analyse at every moment its performance and to improve and adapt spaces for new uses, in time. Dico and Tiganas – architecture and engineering and Bosch are partners for the lifetime of the buildings they create together.
