Diane Kruger has joined Robert Zemeckis’ latest, an as-yet untitled drama based on the 2010 documentary Marwencol about Mark Hogancamp (Steve Carell), the victim of a vicious assault in 2000.

Nazi-hunting thriller Operation Finale has found its chief Nazi. Ben Kingsley will play Adolf Eichmann in a retelling of Mossad’s famous mission to grab the war criminal in Argentina and take him to Israel for trial. Chris Weitz directs.

Jessica Chastain is in talks to play villain Shi’ar Empress Lilandra in X-men: Dark Phoenix. X-producer Simon Kinberg’s first directorial effort will centre on Jean Grey’s (Sophie Turner) fast-growing powers.
