At the Old Clare. Redeveloped in 2015 from the Old Clare Hotel (basically a glorified boozer) and the brewery behind it, these twin buildings represent a winning place to stay; think vintage music event posters on the walls in reception and salvaged bars from the old brewery in the suites. The rooftop swimming pool and bar are none too shabby either.
