CANNABIS SHORTAGE COMEDOWN (HERE, HAVE A COOKIE INSTEAD)

CANADIANS are struggling to get their hands on cannabis as huge demand caused shortages of the newly legalised drug across the country. Customers were forced to queue for hours when retail websites crashed after marijuana became legal on Wednesday. The rush to get high was good news for nine-year-old Guide Elina Childs who raised £70 selling cookies outside a cannabis shop in Edmonton.
