Skate’s on for Sea Fest

FOLLOWING his appearance at Arbroath Sea Fest 2015, top chef Jamie Scott will be hosting another mouth-watering cookery demonstration at this year’s weekend-long maritime celebration at Arbroath Harbour on August 13/14.

Jamie, who recently opened his own restaurant with rooms, The Newport in Fife, will be appearing in his home town on Sunday August 14. He said: “I’m really looking forward to returning to Arbroath Sea Fest.

“My fish dishes were very much appreciated at last year’s event, so I’m planning to make a scallop dish and a dish featuring skate, which is an excellent but underrated fish.”
