Woman to stand trial

COLLEEN Petro, 34, of Reid Square, will stand trial at Dundee Sheriff Court.

Petro denies behaving in a threatening or abusive manner by repeatedly shouting, swearing and threatening her former partner Andrew Hay with violence, and repeatedly punching and kicking his car, and pulling at the wing mirror, causing damage to it, at Reid Square on February 18.

Trial takes place on September 20 with an intermediate diet on September 6.
