Threats are denied

LISA Essens, 44, of Garvie Brae, Tayport, will stand trial at Dundee Sheriff Court.

Essens denies behaving in a threatening or abusive manner by making offensive gestures, repeatedly sounding the horn of a car, shouting, acting aggressively and making threats of violence at Newton Road, Dundee, on September 23 last year.

Trial takes place on August 12 with an extended intermediate diet to be held on August 2.
