Bingo delight

IAN Melvin, 60, is the latest winner in the Tele bingo game. He shared the house prize with another player and they each pocketed £250.

Speaking to the Evening Telegraph today Ian said: “I have two grandchildren so I think I’ll be keeping the cash for Christmas presents for them. It is usually my wife who plays, but I phoned this one in, so we’ll call it a joint effort!”

Ian has no plans of hanging up his dabber just yet. He said: “We’ll certainly continue to keep playing and keep an eye out for the numbers and we’ll see what happens next.”
