Tigers on hunt for players

DUNDEE Tigers ice hockey team are looking to strengthen their squad.

They are holding trials over the next two weeks for players.

With spots free in every position, the Tigers coaching staff are seeking to unearth local talent.

A Tigers spokesman said: “We’re opening up our first two sessions to new players.

“We have a core squad returning from last season but do have some departures and welcome contact from local players who think they have what it takes to play in the SNL. We are looking for individuals who will strengthen us.”
