Pair face multiple sexual allegation­s

A DUNDEE duo have been charged with a catalogue of sexual offences against children.

Scott and Michelle Rose, of Artillery Lane, are both due to appear at the High Court in Edinburgh on October 24 for trial after denying a series of allegation­s.

Scott Rose, 29, is charged with raping a child in 2014 at an address in Dundee. He is also charged with three counts of sexual assault against a child, all in 2014, at locations in Dundee.

Meanwhile, he faces a further allegation that, between dates in 2007 and 2010, at locations in Dundee, including a fast-food takeaway and another public place, he used lewd, indecent and libidinous practices and behaviour towards a child, to the youngster’s injury.

It is further alleged that at, various addresses in Dundee and Fife, he had sexual contact with a child.

Scott Rose is also accused of sending messages to a child, attempting to induce the child to engage in sexual activity, in 2011, and attempting to induce a child into wearing someone else’s underwear in 2012.

He is also charged with several counts of taking, permitting to be taken or making indecent photograph­s or pseudo-photograph­s of children, and possession of indecent photograph­s or pseudo-photograph­s of children.

And he was also allegedly in possession of extreme pornograph­ic images between two dates in 2012.

Meanwhile, the pair are together charged with sending messages of a sexual nature to a child on various occasions in 2015, and inducing the child to send them a naked photograph.

Michelle Rose faces a number of separate charges.

She is accused of using lewd, indecent and libidinous practices and behaviour towards a child at an address in Falkirk, between dates in 2005 and 2007.

She is further accused of having in her possession an indecent photograph or pseudo-photograph of a child.

Michelle Rose is also accused by prosecutor­s of taking, or permitting to be taken, an indecent photograph of a child at a property in Dundee.

And it is alleged that she distribute­d or showed an indecent photograph or pseudo-photograph of a child at an address in Dundee and elsewhere.
