Police assault admitted

RYAN Bonella, 23, of Whitfield Rise, had sentence deferred to October 18 at Dundee Sheriff Court.

Bonella previously admitted behaving in a threatening or abusive manner at Bonnybank Road, on August 21 this year. He also admitted resisting three police officers and struggling violently with them at the same location on the same date. And he admitted assaulting a police officer by spitting at him, striking him on the head and headbutting him, all to his injury, at the same location on August 22.
