Business review scheme

PERTH Better Business Partnership (BBP) has teamed up with Referenceline to offer a feedback system to its members and their customers.

Pe r t h a n d K i n ro s s Council’s trading standards team has announced that members of the BBP will now receive a new free review service as an extra benefit.

The scheme, designed to help businesses grow by building trust with new customers, will be managed by Referenceline, which has provided reviews for a number of trading standards schemes throughout the UK for more than 10 years.

The BBP i s a trusted trader scheme operating in Perth and Kinross and was created by the council, in partnership with Police Scotland.

It aims to help traders comply with the law while improving consumer protection.
