Catch-up with pals is reassuring

-

I AGREE with Martel Maxwell regarding the joys of a catchup with friends.

Everyone’s life seems to be so busy these days that sometimes it is hard to pin a group of friends down.

I know within my own set of friends that if there was a crisis they’d be with me at the drop of a hat — as I would be for any one of them.

But we need to remember to make the time to see each other just for the fun of it.

There is something very relaxing and reassuring about being in the company of people who know you, warts and all, and still want to meet up anyway! This shouldn’t be taken for granted.

Away to phone my pals.
