Doubt I will book Flybe flight again False pretences?

-

I CAN’T express how disappointed I am that Flybe has changed its Amsterdam flights.

It was bad enough the firm moved the flight back by several hours cutting our short break by a fifth — but now to have to be bussed to and from Edinburgh for the flights is ridiculous. We are stuck with the holiday. We have paid for accommodation and attraction tickets and won’t get our money back on any of these.

Not that Flybe appears to be offering a refund for flights anyway.

Apparently the company has done its best and this is a good solution to its problem.

Thing is, passengers don’t know what the problem is as there as been no further explanation.

The only reason we booked this trip was because the flight was from Dundee otherwise we would not be going.

This short break is costing around £1,000 for four of us — a push we felt was worth it for the experience of the Dundee flights. Now I feel mis-sold and out of pocket. I have absolutely no faith in Flybe whom I’d believed were going to be such a great asset to the city.

I doubt very much if I will ever book with them again.

Disappointed.

FLYBE has got to be kidding. What a rip off. The Tele has carried stories of how the sales of the Dundee flights have really taken off, if you’ll pardon the pun, so much so that the weekend flights were added to the run.

So more people go and fill their planes and business is booming, then they move the flights to Edinburgh.

The firm hasn’t even offered an explanation to fliers.

I feel they took my money under false pretences.

Rest assured I won’t be offering them any more of it.

Fed up.
