Caledonia women are relegated
CALEDONIA senior women had to win their last two games in the British Water Polo Division One fixture held in Liverpool to stay up — and in both games it was very close.
They lost t he first match against Sheffield Sharks 13-12 but won the second 9-7 against Hucknall. They will now drop down a division in 2017.
In the Scottish Women’s National League game at Dundee Olympia, Dunfermline beat Menzieshill 8-5 and the Fifers’ junior teams had two victories over their close rivals Portobello.
In the U/16s, they won 23-15 to win the title and, in the U/18 match, they won 23-8.
All the Scottish Cup finals will be played at Dundee Olympia on April 23. This is the third year in succession it has taken place in Dundee.

The Menzieshill Whitehall Club Championships were held in Olympia.
There were nine new records set.
