Join in Comic Relief fun

LEISURE and Culture Dundee is holding a pool party for families to raise money for Comic Relief.

The event will be held at the Olympia on Red Nose Day — Friday March 24 — from 6.30-8.30pm.

Aimed at all the family, there will be DJ, inflatables, flumes and a “selfie” station.

Entry is standard pricing with all proceeds going to Comic Relief.

A Red Nose Day Disco will be held on the same day at Dundee Ice Arena.

It will feature a DJ and “selfie” station and runs from 7-9pm.

A spokesman for Leisure and Culture Dundee said: “We’d love you to join us and contribute a little towards making someone else’s life better, either in the UK or around the world.”

Since last year’s Comic Relief 860,000 African children have received lifesaving vaccinations and in the UK more than 43,000 people have had access to support for a mental health condition.
