Teen on assault charge

CHELSEA McMillan, 18, of South Tay Street, had her case continued at Dundee Sheriff Court.

McMillan is charged with behaving in a threatening or abusive manner by shouting, swearing, screaming and uttering threats at her home address on January 25.

She is also charged with assaulting PC Claire James by punching and kicking her on the body at the same location on the same date.

The case was continued without plea until April 7.
