Garden case for trial

A MAN was allegedly found in the garden of a Dundee home with intentions to steal.

Jamie Grant, 23, of Gardiner Street, will stand trial at Dundee Sheriff Court.

Grant denies being found in the curtilage of a property on Coupar Street without lawful authority, inferring that he intended to commit theft there, on October 18 last year.

Trial takes place on April 5 with an extended intermediate diet on March 30.
