Methadone and driving charges
A 41-YEAR-OLD man allegedly drove a car without a licence or insurance, while having methadone in his possession.
Lindsay Jones, of Gibson Terrace, had his case continued without plea at the city’s sheriff court.
Jones is charged with driving a car without a valid driving licence at West Marketgait and Lochee Road, Dundee, on October 24 last year.
He is also charged with driving a car without a valid policy of insurance at the same location on the same date.
Jones is further charged with having methadone, a Class A drug, in his possession at Lochee Road on the same date.
The case was continued without plea until June 9 for the defence to receive instruction from the accused.
