Possession charge

A MAN allegedly had cannabis in his Dundee home.

Grahame Whyte, 49, of Clifden Blue Court, Dunbar Park, had his case continued at Dundee Sheriff Court.

Whyte is charged with having cannabis, a Class B drug, in his possession at his home address on July 30 last year.

His case was continued without plea until June 9 for the defence to receive instruction.
