Preview event at Shed 25

A DUNDEE office and leisure developmen­t is on schedule to welcome its first tenants this autumn.

Tay fo r t h P ro p e r t i e s Ltd’s Shed 25 developmen­t aims to bring one of the docks’ oldest buildings back into use and includes a new restaurant and cafe.

A ‘topping-out’ ceremony was due to be held at the City Quay site at 4pm today, with further celebratio­ns from 6pm11pm including live music and refreshmen­ts.

Tayforth Properties Ltd business partner Chris van der Kuyl said: “Shed 25 is on schedule to welcome its first tenants this autumn and I am delighted to have the chance to preview the developmen­t to Scotland’s business community at this very special event tonight.

“We’ve been encouraged by t he fact t hat there’s already great interest in Shed 25 and anticipate the office space will be in high demand.

“Our vision is to create a working environmen­t that encourages creative thinking and productivi­ty in the heart of Dundee.”
