Preview event at Shed 25
A DUNDEE office and leisure development is on schedule to welcome its first tenants this autumn.
Tay fo r t h P ro p e r t i e s Ltd’s Shed 25 development aims to bring one of the docks’ oldest buildings back into use and includes a new restaurant and cafe.
A ‘topping-out’ ceremony was due to be held at the City Quay site at 4pm today, with further celebrations from 6pm11pm including live music and refreshments.
Tayforth Properties Ltd business partner Chris van der Kuyl said: “Shed 25 is on schedule to welcome its first tenants this autumn and I am delighted to have the chance to preview the development to Scotland’s business community at this very special event tonight.
“We’ve been encouraged by t he fact t hat there’s already great interest in Shed 25 and anticipate the office space will be in high demand.
“Our vision is to create a working environment that encourages creative thinking and productivity in the heart of Dundee.”
