Stables and cafe proposal

PLANS have been submitted for new stables and a cafe in Angus.

Tay s i d e E q u e s t r i a n Centre & Stables Ltd wants to build 20 new stables at Mill of Tealing Steading, Tealing.

Drawings submitted to Angus Council highlight a number of proposals including a new stable block, riding school and playground.

An outdoor paddock and cafe/retail unit are also being proposed.

The applicatio­n has been submitted to the council by Jon Frullani Architects on behalf of Tayside Equestrian Centre & Stables Ltd.

Prior to this applicatio­n, Mill of Tealing Steading was the location for the Paws for Pet Food store.

Tay s i d e E q u e s t r i a n Centre & Stables Ltd was incorporat­ed in March this year and is registered at the steading.

Planning chiefs are currently considerin­g t he applicatio­n.
