Stop The Rain win over new fans

-

A YOUNG Perth rock group has won over some new fans — the members of top rock band Fatherson.

The three members of Fatherson — who have played at T In The Park and have also performed in America and mainland Europe — watched Stop The Rain’s set at the Day Tripper Festival in Dunbar and congratulated the five lads from the Fair City on their performance.

Stop The Rain drummer Kyle Fummey said: “Fatherson were headlining but took time to come and watch us on the youth stage. The BBC’s Vic Galloway was also watching and they all said they liked our songs which was a tremendous boost to us.”

Stop The Rain, pictured, have a new EP coming out on Friday entitled Sinking.
