OUR recent letters about Morgan Academy pupils attending an Outward Bound course provoked several responses. Here is a selection.

Make these outward bound courses less like an Army training course and implement activities so a child will happily take part and see the point of the challenge.

To make matters worse, they were not checked by any of the instructor­s or teachers after taking part in the activity.

The norm is to remove ticks as quickly as possible to avoid all sorts of complicati­ons, including Lyme disease.

However, many parents discovered ticks still attached to their kids resulting in visits to GPs and a doses of antibiotic­s.

So Andy, before letting off steam and becoming appalled by what was said, remember the old saying — look before you leap and try to finish reading letters.
