Work and education exhibition

SKILLS Development Scotland (SDS) and UCAS are hosting an exhibition on Friday (10am-noon and 1pm-2.45) to give young people the chance to find out more about work and education choices.

The Higher Education Conference is at Dundee and Angus Colleg e’s Gardyne Campus.

It will bring together representatives from 26 higher and further education institutions.

They will be on hand to offer advice, as well as information on courses and routes into learning.

SDS team leader RoseMarie Stewart said: “Deciding what course, university, colleg e , or career to choose is one of the most i mportant decisions people make.

“By having all the information and experts in one place, the exhibition offers young people and their parents help to make that vital decision.”

She added: “We know many fifth and sixth-year pupils from local schools are coming, but we also welcome anyone keen to find out about higher education.”
