Feeling chipper

ST ANDREWS chipper Cromars has been named Scottish Chip Shop of The Year for the second time.

The Union Street restaurant has won the regional title in the National Fish and Chip Shop Awards run by Seafish, having also been named best Scottish chipper in 2016.

It will now compete for the UK title, to be announced in London on January 26.
