First tenants move in

THE former St Stephen’s RC Primary School in Blairgowrie, which has been converted into affordable housing, has welcomed its first tenants.

The eight residents have received the keys to their new apartments in the listed building, which was converted by the Carling Property Group into seven one-bedroom properties and a studio apartment.
