-

A HOST of new acts have been revealed for an Angus theatre.

Arbroath’s Webster Memorial Theatre will welcome exciting new performers to grace its stage as part of its programme for next year.

They include psychic Sally Morgan who brings her interactive show back to the theatre on April 17.

She has written a number of books including Life After Death (2011), Healing Spirits (2009) and her autobiography My Psychic Life (2008).

The Rolling Stones Story celebrates the lives and music of arguably Britain’s biggest rock band.

Expect to hear a string of classics from the iconic four-piece’s extensive back catalogue including Satisfaction, Jumpin’ Jack Flash, Honky Tonk Woman, Brown Sugar, You Can’t Always Get What You Want and Start Me Up.

Tickets are available for the show, which will take place on May 17.

The musical vibe continues with Fastlove: A Tribute to George Michael on July 14.

This show is packed with crowd-pleasing anthems, from Wham! classics of the “new pop” revival to the chart-topping success of the ’80s album Faith.

As well as that, fans of the late singer can look forward to his work from the ’90s through to the noughties.

ANGUSalive has released an early-bird offer where people can take advantage of £5 off Sally Morgan and The Rolling Stones Story.

Doug Taylor, arts and events programme manager, predicted “full houses” filled with “a great atmosphere”.

He said: “Whether it’s an evening in the company of the UK’s favourite medium, or celebrating some of music’s most iconic artists, I’m sure there will be full houses and a great atmosphere for these shows. And with such generous early-bird offers, tickets are sure to go quickly.”
