Utd fans have to keep calm

-

DUNDEE United’s defeat at Livingston was disappointing but it’s not the end of the world.

I’m always one who tries to look at the positives in games like that.

Yes, they were poor but it hasn’t left them in too bad a position.

It’s a tough league and there’s not one team who has ever found it straightforward to win.

Calling for Ray McKinnon’s (above) head is too much just now.

There needs to be a bit of patience because United certainly have enough quality to get themselves promoted.

They maybe just need to find their rhythm against teams who make things difficult for them to play.

I don’t think they’ve quite found the balance between a good team and one who knows how to win.

This Saturday’s home match against a struggling Inverness is a big one for them.

Caley have been struggling and so they’ll be right up for the game.

The Tangerines, though, have to overcome that and get themselves back to winning ways.

WITH the Scottish weather starting to do its thing, our boys at Lochee United need to get used to conditions quickly. We’ve dropped down the table a bit after another defeat at the weekend. For some reason, it always takes us time to get to grips with the winter pitches. Work ahead.
