Flu jab’s free for ‘old folks’

Here in Scotland, kids aged 2 to 5 and all primary school children are also advised to have the inoculatio­n.

The best time to have the vaccine is in the autumn, between September and early November.

If you think your dad might need it, contact his GP. You should have the flu vaccinatio­n every year so you stay protected, as the viruses that cause it change every year.
