Embrace cheese as Steps hit town

IT feels like I get excited about a group coming to play in Dundee in every column.

And that’s because bands are announcing their imminent arrival every week.

Steps and Blue are the latest groups to add Dundee to their tours.

I’m especially excited about Steps. Now there’s a statement that would historically win you no points for being cool.

But the fivesome’s revival has somehow hit upon a nostalgia and fondness that makes them — if not cool — at least retro and fun.
