Fife Flyers, whose winning streak was brought to an abrupt halt this week by a 7-0 drubbing from Belfast Giants to knock them out of the Challenge Cup, will be looking to rekindle the league from of recent weeks that has taken them to third place in the Elite League table.

Flyers are at home to Edinburgh Capitals tomorrow night (7.15 pm) in the first of the their two games.

On Sunday, they then travel to Coventry to face Blaze.

DUNDEE Tigers face Dundee Comets tomorrow (7.30pm) in the Scottish National League.

The teams have already faced each other three times this season in league and cup competitio­n with Comets victors in each of the ties. However, Tigers’ Ian Carstairs said that won’t deter the hosts from attempting an upset.

He said: “We’re going into the game as underdogs but will be going all out to win.”
