Drugs found by police
A MAN who was found with heroin and etizolam at police HQ in West Bell Street had sentence deferred by Sheriff Tom Hughes.
Michael Inglis, 35, of Whorterbank, admitted that on September 10 last year he possessed diamorphine and morphine, both Class A drugs and etizolam, a Class C drug, while on bail.
Sheriff Hughes deferred sentence until March 29 for reports and a restriction of liberty order assessment.
