More disabled toilets needed

REGARDING the article about disabled toilets keys, it would be nice if we had some toilets for the disabled.

I was led to believe it was the law to have disabled toilets in local bars/pubs. Placing a bar on the wall does not make a disabled toilet.

In Broughty Ferry I know of only two bars with a real disabled toilet and none in the city centre, apart from one in a shopping centre.
