Can Kinnoull put halt to Dokens?

-

KINNOULL are the latest club tasked with trying to end North End’s winning run of 16 matches.

However, if their last meeting is anything to go by it should be a stroll in the park for the Dokens.

Nathan Scott scored four that day in an 8-0 victory and, even though the Perth side might be a different proposition on their own patch, it’s difficult to see anything other than another three North League points for Ross Lunan’s side.

’Noull boss Alan Cameron has a squad of 15 available for what he describes as a tough ask.

Violet manager John Dunn admits North End will be difficult to catch but if his team keep winning they can at least apply a bit of pressure.

They have a full pool available for their clash with Newburgh at Glenesk.

For Newburgh boss Scott Hudson’s first game in charge at Glenesk, he includes his four new signings — Gavin Reilly, Jamie Gay, Kyle Fraser and Kurtis McKenzie — from his former club Strathmiglo United.

East Craigie will be hoping to keep their current run of form going when they entertain Blairgowrie. They will again be without Robert Smith. For Blair, Danny Millar is a 50/50 doubt, Rudi Brown returns but Robbie Hood is working.

Lochee Harp will be looking to end a losing sequence with an away win over Forfar Albion.

Albion include recent signing, goalkeeper Chris Hutchison, who has joined them from Kirrie Thistle. Jack Tindal is suspended. Coupar Angus welcome Arbroath Vics and include new signing Tommy Anderson, a midfielder who has joined them from Dundee University amateurs, in their squad of 17. Alex Gibb is suspended.

Vics will make a late selection.
