-

PERTH and Kinross Council i s encouraging residents to use an online service that can help with a range of issues.

MyPKC allows people to check their council tax bank details, make a customer i nquiry and also report problems, such as failed street lighting or road faults.

Council leader Murray Lyle said: “Accessing account details and requesting services online is the norm for most of the services we use every day.

“Whether it’s checking on your bank account, making a customer service enquiry, or asking for a service, most of us are used to being able to do this online at a convenient time.

“MyPKC allows you to do this with a number of services, including activating your council tax account to set up a direct debit and track payments.”

MyPKC is available round the clock, seven days a week. Follow a link at the top of each page of the council’s website at pkc.gov.uk
