Housebreaking charge

STUART Heary, 28, of Clepington Road, appeared in private before Sheriff Alastair Carmichael on a petition alleging housebreaking with intent to steal.

The offence is alleged to have been committed on March 9, at a house in Provost Road.

Heary made no plea or declaration and was granted bail, with the case continued for further examination.
